Customer Feedback

How did we do? Have you got some feedback for us? We would love to hear from you.

Here is some of our recent feedback:

Pierre (Desktop Support Consultant, Sydney, Australia):

Thank you for all your support and help with this product (Temperature Thermometer). Your customer service is outstanding! I deal with suppliers and manufacturers on a daily basis but have never come across such prompt and excellent service. Your company is very customer focused and I have no doubt that I will be a repeat customer in the future.

David (National IT Manager, Melbourne, Australia):

Just thought I’d drop you a note to let you know that your Ethernet thermometers are now a critical part of our infrastructure. They alert us to over temp warning in our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane server rooms, where we can take action and monitor the temperature via our Blackberry or our website [Ed: screen shot below].

It has saved us trips into the office as we have often been able to get security to reset aircon – we can then monitor it without making a trip in.

They have also saved our equipment on several occasions when we have had an aircon failure during the night.

I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Regards, David

TH2E – Temperature & Humidity units – SNMP / ModBus options vs Event Logging memory

On the TH2E (temperature & humidity sensing units, over Ethernet) customers have a choice of two different factory options:

  • Temperature / Humidity / Alerts / Event memory + logging

OR

  • Temperature / Humidity / Alerts / SNMP / ModBus

In general, most customers want the TH2E units with ‘event memory’ and temperature/humidity logging. But if you require SNMP (e.g. for Nagios, NetSaint etc.) or if you require ModBus functionality for a specific application in your organisation, please mention this when ordering a TH2E.

The TH2E manual is available for download from here: TH2E PDF manual download.

SNMP is discussed in the TH2E manual from page 41 onwards.

ModBus is discussed in the TH2E manual on page 46.

Not sure what option you need? Then simply contact us for more information.
